To gain full access to a Service, you will be charged the applicable fees. The fees are invoiced via the mobile invoice you receive from the mobile operator in your network or via another selected payment method. Separate charges for text messages and/or network charges from your mobile operator or payment provider may apply. In the free welcome message or email you will find information about the fee for the Service and how often the Service is used. Please check and save this welcome message or email. All fees, including fees for existing subscription agreements, are subject to change upon notice from us. We will give you notice of such changes in a reasonable time. If you do not accept the new fees (which will only apply going forward), you may cancel your subscription with immediate effect.
Information about cancellation and termination of Services can be found on the Websites that are connected to the Service. In the free welcome message or e-mail from the Supplier, you will also find information on how to cancel the Service. In addition, an email may be sent to the email address you have provided on the Websites and/or via our Services. If your country of residence is part of the European Union and you have purchased a subscription, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the date of purchase of the subscription. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase by an unequivocal statement. You can use the attached European model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. In order to meet the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
